David started his career in banking and finance 20 years ago. His first stop was with Great Eastern Life as a Sales Agent, where he planned and structured his clients’ insurance and financial needs. As his clients’ needs became more sophisticated, David moved on to banking at several of the world's largest financial institutions, with his last stop being Bank of Singapore.
At the behest of his clients to manage their portfolios privately and to procure private equity opportunities in promising industries, David started T18N after retiring from banking in 2016. As activity in the private equity space increased, David's network grew to include business owners looking to retire or move their companies to the next stage. In response to his substantial inventory of sound, mature companies keen for investments or exit, David assembled a robust base of listed companies from mature economies providing an array of opportunities to his network.
